A most talented and respected financial professional in her own right, Iris is Chief Assistant extraordinaire. Known for her brilliance, wit, and lighthearted humor, Iris is in her 11^th year with The Caring Advisor.  Iris has a wonderful reassuring way of being that uplifts everyone around her.  She is beloved by all!

We appreciate: her ability to think and execute brilliantly on behalf of all clients, her thoughtful, pro-active approach to all client activities, her outstanding loyalty, her gentle and easy demeanor, her creative, research-skill with technology.

We celebrate: her courageous, determined faith-driven recovery from life threatening cancer in 2006. And the new “man” in her life, her 1 year old grandson, named Xander.

We tease her about: having an elephant-sized memory. If there were a game show that tested one’s ability to remember the tiniest particulars of any client detail, Iris would win! Also, how can a person not know if they want either NO lunch or an “I can’t believe I ate the whole thing” lunch!  And by the way, where does she put it?

A most gifted administrator, Sandra has more natural ability than her 5 ft. frame can hold, and a dynamic approach to client processing and service requests. In her 8^th year with The Caring Advisor, her work is always orderly, systemized, documented and spotlessly clean. She is super-smart and talented, a much-loved sister-in-law of great worth to us all.

We appreciate: her tender heart toward our clients, especially the elderly, her ability to zestfully jump into any project, her fun and smiling presence, her enthusiastic personality and her loyalty.   And her cakes.  Oh, her cakes!  Sandra is amazing in any emergency, shows grace under fire, and lives her faith.

We celebrate: the joy of her recent 50^th wedding anniversary party, her talent for cooking and baking, her amazing “scratch” chocolate cake (the world’s best), and her passion and commitment to family.

We tease her about: her love of Mickey Mouse and all-things-Disney. Her cute pink office hammer which make fun of, but use all the time!  That she is humbly unaware of the powerful impact of her energy and commitment each day.

OLGA DAVYDCHENKO

A star is rising, and her name is Olga!  Born in Ukraine (the former Soviet Union), she arrived in the U.S. two years ago with an IT Master’s degree in hand.  She has since worked hard to earn numerous professional financial licenses, and with determination, she has begun the long difficult ascent toward completing her CFPR.

We appreciate: her intellectual curiousity, genuine warmth, client commitment, and perky energy.  She has enthusiastically adopted and increasingly mastered the English language, and our second alphabet, as her own.

We celebrate: her traditional values, strong work ethic and appreciation of absolutely everything. Among her loves are her ballet classes, her in-laws, and all feline creatures.

We (and everyone else) tease her about: studying all the time!  Evenings… weekends… Olga, isn’t it time to play once in awhile?
